When an employee arrived, all waiting customers were advised that there’d be an additional 30 min wait because ‘money needed to be counted’ and ‘[he] wasn’t even scheduled for today’. This was after waiting 20+ mins — without receiving any customer service related courtesies or even an acknowledgment of inconvenience. Overall, the inventory is great, but irrelevant if employees aren’t available to complete sales."
