If not all of them pretty much know all of the products in the store which is really good so that way anytime I have any questions they know exactly what to say so I know what I'm buying. I really do appreciate it and this is the only smoke shop I go to now."
However, other customers have criticized the store's customer service and policies. One customer wrote, "To sell me a broken product, at full price, that I had never even touched, and refuse to refund me the cash I just handed over is really, really terrible customer service."

Great place to shop and look at peoples artwork. Helpful staff and great prices. Excited to see they have expanded and filling up with more great products.

The product I was looking for was pictured so I called to make sure they had it and they verified, when I got there less than 30 minutes later they were completely sold out.

Awesome store. Most the employees are nice and know alot of products how they work. Almost always stop while were in town! If you have any questions this is the place to go for anything regarding smoking products

Awesome shop. But where did it go? I went today for a new pipe and the entire building was gone. Fenced off construction zone now.

Hope Wally knows the manager is letdown. Semi balding middle aged dude can't count and talk, or take the time to talk to me? Doesn't make eye contact? Store is better than that. Weak customer service, from especially from management.

Went into buy a vaporizer (for the first time). After some bad experiences trying (and failing) to get one at other stores in the area, I set a stopwatch and said if nobody helped me in 10 minutes, I'd buy something online.
Less than a minute in, I'm being helped by a very knowledgable salesclerk. Walked out confident in my purchase, having saved $20 than I would have gotten online, and I plan on coming back for future purchases!

Long time customer, went in today to get CBD products and the chick with pink hair was pretty absurdly rude to me and my wife. Literally rolled her eyes at us when we asked to see the CBD products . Claimed they only had one prefilled CBD pen and was super short with us. Wouldn't have grabbed anything this time around, but we were in need.Bought it and took it home and it doesn't look full. not a great trip. I have loved hideaway for years but they need to select more helpful staff, mainly anyone who will be helpful and nice.

Their management is Terrible. They sell products and then discontinue selling atomizer or coils within a month of me buying the product. The attitude is always You're an idiot for buying our shoddy products. I only come here when I have to now. Don't let those pretty hippies hustle you. Buy online or choose a retailer that supports their customers.

They are remodeling right now its October 8th. It's way bigger than before but they dont have it all set up yet. There is still a large section that is set up and there is a large selection there that I'm sure will have so many more great things to look at or buy when they finish. Go take a look at the work in progress.

Spent $350 and threw away the receipt. Found out the next day you can get points for your purchases, was told βtough luck and we canβt be expected to make up for itβ even though they had my card number/purchase/account.... wow
