Bought a rig, came back less than 3 hours later because it didn't work & they said they don't do returns or exchanges when the paper on the counter says they don't honor returns or exchanges for one time use not refillable vapes. And she knows she sold it to me. Not impressed.

Their staff seem nice, but they do not follow thru as promised. I moved here to Eagan in September 2019 from Denver Colorado hence found that my brand of cigarettes are not popular here and hard to find. I went to several Smoke Shops on Google search looking for my brand of smokes. Went to this location and talk to the manager about a special order for 10 cartons of my smokes about $800 guarantee money every 3 months. Never got a call back. I guess they do not like money?!?! 🤔

Don't trust the online hours. It's been closed when the sign says open on more than one occasion. Once I drove some ways because it said it was open. There were several others in the parking lot looking confused as well. The other times I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I wanted to confirm my suspicions that it was a regular thing (not open during advertised hours - even on the sign from the door!)
Man inside (yes - he was still inside) came to the door when he saw at least 3 people looking in. Then acted very put out, and like he was doing us a huge favor by letting us in during business hours.
Not great pipe tobacco selection... but I guess it's a small store in an out of the way strip.
Long story short. There are much better places to go.

the day time Manager is such a sweetie! She will answer any and questions you got. Not to mention they do have some good juices. I'll go there everytime just because she has all the answers.. !

Cute ladies working at the counter, good service and good product. Prices on glass are reasonable. They have legal lean and cbd. Ecig juices are really tasty here too. Way better than the Sarah's in Columbia Heights.

Got carded and looked at weird like my ID was fake while buying swishers, kind of a joke. Was considering making a large purchase here. I’m 25 by the way and the cashier couldn’t be only enough to make the purchase herself.
