Large shop with plenty to shop. It is well lit and the location is convenient. The employee was helpful when I visited yesterday. Selection could be a bit better but I am not complaining.

Bad follow through. Went in two weeks ago to order product. Went back a week later and they didn't have it. Ok. No big deal. They said a person filling in dropped the ball. Reordered the product. Came back today. Again, no product. Told me they just sold my reserved product to someone else. Communication error. I made a commitment to them to give them my business. They, apparently, don't want to make the same commitment to customers. Just ordered product online. Cheaper, with free shipping due to the volume ordered. I don't believe I'll be back. Online from now on for this particular product.

Great customer service. They have a no return policy tho. After an item I bought from them broke before I even came home, I came in to see what my options where as far as store credit, a replacement, or my money back. The young lady who I believe said she was a manager stated that she would give me a deal on a new item. Even tho I wanted to get a replacement at no cost or paying the difference on a new item I was still happy my experience. I've had worst luck at other tobacco stores but Sarah's seems to have the customer service part down. I will continue to do business with them. Definitely recommend checking them out. They have some really good deals on items and a wide variety of items they carry.

Neither of the 2 employees (a male and female) were wearing masks while working tonight. I get they're young, BUT IT'S THE LAW!!! They're supposed to wear masks to make the customers safer, not them. There's a sign on the door saying masks are required, yet the employees don't have to wear masks... Literally the only place I've been in COVID times, where the employees aren't wearing masks. Do better.

Most of the staff is friendly and kind, remembers faces and always polite, but there is a younger blonde woman who works there, I'm not sure if she's a manager or not and she just seems to be very rude and hostile toward the younger crowds that come in.. always on her phone and I've heard her swearing on the phone as well, because of this I've ended up driving more miles to the Eagan tobacco store many times. The rest of the staff is very nice and I've never had any other issues

I'm new to the game. I went to the shop which is very nice. But the young lady who I asked for help. Was really standoffish, and acted as if she really didn't want to help. Customer service is everything.

Great price. Have what I need. Love the staff. What I don't care for is they allow large groups of people to hang outside. They have now fixed the problem of people hanging out in front of the shop. So now my review is four stars.
