Bought a cart from them and I get home and a quarter of it has leaked out the bottom and the bottom is all sticky and obviously leaking. They wouldn't let me exchange it. Wouldn't recommend this place. Good businesses want their customers to keep coming back so they do what is right for the customer. I work in retail, I know. I was completely shocked when they said no, they won't do anything about their defective product.

I've had nothing but positive experiences EVERY SINGLE time I visit. Wonderful people work here! Great selection of products too and at competitive prices. And now they've expanded - I guess they're continuing to expand/move displays and products over the next few weeks, but I think it already looks great! Inviting atmosphere, appealing lighting, very welcoming format. I LOVE this store!

Killer kratom selection. I don't really buy anything else here, but I like the blonde that's usually there in the mornings. Not because of her looks, but because she knows what the F she's doing.
More Vapetasia Salts needed. Especially some Rainbow Road.
I'm in Minneapolis now, but I find myself driving out to Burnsville just to go to this place. For real.

I have been going to this shop for years for tobacco products and have always been treated nicely. Not today. July 13 2022 at 1:54:43pm. I arrived a few minutes before 2pm. I was interested in the hemp gummies I've been hearing about. I know nothing about these products but thought the staff may be able to help me. I have extreme anxiety and heard CBD gummies can help calm a person. I asked the female employee if she had time to explain these products. She immediately looked at her watch (phone) and looked cross at me. I smiled and said oh I guess you don't. She said it was just her manager. I said well that's ok I can wait. She left so I started looking around. There was a Male employee there but I was reluctant to ask him questions because I have had very bad hearing since I was a child. I tried to talk to him but his voice was too low for me to hear. I explained that I can hear high pitched voices, not so much with the low voices. He understood and was polite and allowed me to speak with the female employee. She huffed over to me, looked at her watch again so I said I could wait again. She said no she would help me all the while looking cross at me. She didn't understand I was looking for something to calm my anxiety. She talked about some cream you rub on painful areas. Said there were oils and gummies. I already know that. She looked at her watch again. And I said well that's ok,I'll just talk to my doctor first. She said she was trying to explain this to me but if I don't want to listen then fine! I said oh, ok. But she then just repeated what she said before. So I just thanked her and went to pay for my items. The Male employee was very kind and talked louder this time so I could hear him. He suggested to do a little research and come back. I agreed. I don't think the female employee was talking to her manager. A manager wouldn't keep interrupting customer's. If it was the manager then they are not very good at managing. I know it's very hard to get employees these days. The problem is that the employees also know this. They know they can't get fired because there's no one to take their place
So they can treat people anyway they want to. If you're having a bad day please don't take out on the customer just because you can.
