Terrible experience!! I've bought from volcano for years and to be told theres nothing they can do is really disappointing. I went in to get a different mod. I told the sales associate I wanted one that was compatible with my tank. He tells me this one would be compatible I just needed to change out my coils/atomizer which I did when I got home. After changing out it still does not work. An error message appears on the screen and does not fire up. I go back wanting to exchange it for one that IS compatible and he tells me he can't cause it works with his tank. He then tells me I need to upgrade my tank. At this point i'm just beside myself. First of all I asked for one that was compatible with my tank now you tell me I have to upgrade to a newer tank. I left upset but will call corp. office to get some sort of resolution.

I was sold a bottle of juice that was defective from the factory, when attempting to fill the entire cap blew off causing over half the bottle to spill into my mod and all over place. I went back in and described what happened, I was told there is nothing they can do about it. A complete waste of my time and money; and obviously a company that does not stand behind their products. With the amount of competition in the market who will stand behind their products, I would highly recommend going elsewhere for all your vaping needs.
