Awesome staff and service ! Everyone was very knowledgeable and the vibe was so relaxing and welcoming! I went in knowing what I wanted but not knowing what I needed and I was guided through everything! This is officially my go to shop ! I would honestly go just for the vibe ! The staff has great energy!

Update: Everything has been corrected. Very pleased.
Every Cloud9 my husband and myself have been to has been amazing other than this location. The employee Kyle W sold us a product with zero information on it and what he did tell us was completely false. I called the store to speak to a manager about the situation and one was not in store. I spoke to an employee about what had happened and they was nice until I told them the name of the cashier. It turns out he was the one who answered the phone, he then became very rude and said "I dont know what to tell you, bye" and hung up. This has put a bad taste in my mouth with this whole company and even tho I doesn't matter I refuse to ever do business with anyone who condones treatment of customers like this and releases ILL Trained employees on the floor.

This shop used to be awesome. The former crew was great, connected with customers very well, actually developed a friendship with them. The new manager however is very difficult, has no connection. Wish Andrew was back to manager and he old crew came back, then this store would be back to 5 stars. Thanks Cloud 9 for ruining my great relationship with this store.

Edit 11/7/19:Kyle the GM was great in dealing with my complaint! He said I could call him to see what he could do to make it right and when I was able to call he answered right away. He listened and didn't make me feel wrong or bad for not being satisfied. He did what he could to make it right. Great customer service!!!
