Staff there really know what they are selling and are very helpful. They aren't too pushy and are genuinely cool people. They also always have new inventory coming in so I highly recommend visiting often. Decently priced too depending on what you're getting compared to other shops.

Before I drove out here, I read some of the reviews & the ONLY negative thing that I can say is the price of the product I bought but as far as Customer Service- Shaun is super friendly, helpful & courteous... I had a great experience here & will definitely recommend this place!!

I recently bought a small torch from this place and it was broken right out of the box, which I realized about after 5-6 minutes after leaving the store, However I explained the situation to Shaun as he was the one who had helped me throughout the whole ordeal and he saw that the torch really was broken right out the box... doing a *one time only* exchange marking it up to faulty products amazing customer service .....my advice TEST the products before you leave. Well done.

Over priced on all items. Gas station has vape pens for cheaper.
Also. Been going in for 2 months with no mask.
Today they all the sudden require a mask.
Wont be back.
Gas station manager agreed to carry the product I am looking for and it was 3 dollars cheaper.
There goes my support for a local small business.

Let me save you all in Buford the trouble, and let you know that these guys do sell kratom, to be more specific OPMS shots. Oz smoke shop does not, Oz smoke shop sells these bulk meng da organic kratom capsules. You're welcome google and newcomers to Buford. They also have a large selection and rewards program, for those of you that can't reach a cloud 9 within a reasonable amount of time this is a good alternative.
They seem to have a good selection of glasswares and probably also sell coils there, but I was on a mission to find what i was looking for today. Very large selection and friendly staff that seems to remember their customers. They even mentioned that there is only one other customer in the city that has the exact same color car as me and model. This was my first time visiting and it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them over the competitors in the area.
