The Vape Shop of Pace - Pensacola, Milton

This was my go to vape shop while on vacation. They have a great selection and reasonable prices, but alot of vape shops can make that claim. What made me go back multiple times was the staff, namely Parker. He's super knowledgeable, and is great at helping everyone from experienced vapers and newbies looking to kick the cigarette habit. He's really patient at explaining things and asks all the right questions to make sure you get what you need. Not only that, but he's extremely friendly and will make small talk while you shop. I can't say enough great things about the guy.

The only thing I would suggest would be to offer samples in tanks instead of drip tips, otherwise everything else was perfect.

Always great customer service when going into the Pensacola or Pace store. Been eyeing a Smok Alien mod and decided to swing by the Pace store. "Butters" hooked me up and I was enjoying my first mod in no time. Thanks for the good vibes and keep up the great service.

The shop is very clean, staff is very straight forward they aren't the ones that try to get you to buy something you don't need, great selection of liquid and vapes, great prices. All around the best in town. Butterz is Awesome!

I went into the shop today to buy a new box and I wanted to venture into RDAs. I've been using a tank exclusively since I started and didn't know much about the rebuildables at all. Frank was very knowledgable and helpful. He took the time to sit down with me and explain the important stuff and really helped me big time.
I love my new setup and ill be shopping with y'all in the future.

Frodo's a pretty sweet dude. Really helpful and I never realized just how great the pricing was here. The atmosphere is welcoming and not intimidating at all like most shops that expect even beginners to know all there is to know about vaping. I will definitely be back in very soon! Thanks, Parker!

Until Butters started I only came here on occasion but since then I come every weekend. He's more than willing to take as much time with the customers as they need. He always helps me find exactly what I want out of the new products and answers every question you could possibly have about vaping. He really knows his stuff.

Rebecca was very friendly, we ended up getting a great deal on some house brand juice. Recommend you bring your own dripper if you want to test, but smell worked just fine. The line they were getting rid of had a bunch of interesting flavors I'm excited to try, will come back to continue stocking up.

I come here quite frequently, and any questions you have concerning your vape regardless of whether or not you bought it here will be answered to the best of their ability, decent selection on Vape juice, Mods, tanks, and RDA’s. When you walk in you’ll most likely be greeted by Parker and he’ll see to it that if he can’t provide what you need, he’ll at least see to it that you’ll at least know where to find what you need.

I bought a sky solo at this place on 8-5-19 and was told there was a seven day warranty. I took it home and charged it and tried it out and it started popping and burning and leaking juice out of the air intakes while shooting hot oil in my mouth. If this is not bad enough when i went to return it i was told by the same clerk who sold it to me, and according to his manager there is NO REFUNDS!! , so i guess they can sell you a defective device with no refunds! The clerk did his best to right this wrong. This place will just take your money and will not take any responsibility for the defective products they sell. You have been warned!
