This vape shop is the cleanest and nicest one I have been to. Parker took the time to help us find what we were looking for and he was very informative about their products and answered all the questions we had. Overall, a really good experience and I definitely recommend this one over any of the other local shops.

This shop is the greatest EVER!! :-) I have never been in a vape shop with such impeccable customer service. The place is so clean and organized. Butters is so nice and welcoming and really knows the ins and outs of vaping. His coils he makes are some of the best aliens I've ever seen! If you need anything vape related this is the top shop in the panhandle. Ive been to them all and this one takes the cake! Never shopping anywhere else but here. Thank you for being so great and saving lives daily!!

Came in yesterday to get juice. Waited my turn to be helped. Rebecka was rude, rushed me in my purchase ( helped the guy that came in behind me while I was trying to pick out a juice). I told her I really didn't want the juice she suggested and said well, I hate to break it to you but I already ran your card. It would have be simpler to just let me take the time to find something else of equal value. Will never use this shop again! This place has lost my business and I've been coming in since they opened. The juice she suggested burned out my coil within 30 minutes of using. Wasted 28 dollars for juice that sucked. Don't go here if you want decent customer service. Not knowledgeable about juices at all. Parker was the best they ever had.
Not only did your employee LIE about me filling my tank, you ( the owner ) absolutely DID NOT watch that video! I didn't even bring my vaporizer in the store! I walked in with nothing but my wallet!!! I never opened what I bought! I'll be more than glad to come in and watch the video with you and you show me where I opened the package and filled a tank that I didn't even bring in the establishment! I'm appalled and very offended by your lying employee. You name a time and I'll be there!

I have been going to this vapor shop now for a couple of months as i just moved in to the area. Justine has been the one to assist me in flavor and coil choice and i am very happy to say that in addition to the outstanding custimer service i have received every time i visit, i have now also officially quit smoking. Excellent service from Parker every time I visit this store. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Asks the right questions & intuitively knows what will fit your needs. He has helped me get two separate mod kits, tanks, juice, and other accessories and was able to perfectly match what I was looking for to the correct products.

It was great experience there. Butters is the vape shop master and he'll get you set up with whatever you need and his recommendations are full of experience and honesty. The shop itself is a great atmosphere and really cool place to chill. Five out of five for me.
