Lotus Vape & Smoke Shop - Naples

The girl who waited on me was knowledgeable and helpful I came in the next day because my tank broke and I wanted to buy another. The young kid couldn't open the register upon opening the store. After 10 minutes he did and rudely told me we don't work on those here because I had the vape in my hand. I said you may ask how you can help instead of just rudely blurting that out. I was there to buy a replacement piece of glass. Then he told me we don't sell them here, when I see tanks for sale in the case. I just said thanks for the great customer service and went to your competitor a mile away on Pine Ridge. They sold me what I needed and were very helpful. I said I'll never go back to Lotus because the kid was unknowledgeable and rude. I went back yesterday. Both girls were helpful and sold me what I came for offering insight and explanations I gave you another chance and you delivered.

This place is fantastic! Great customer service each and every time. They have such a diverse variety of product. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Bought a vape, the battery compartment wouldn’t stay closed 5 days after purchase. Would not replace or give store credit which they clearly have a sign stating they would give you store credit. Just wanted one that worked. Clearly had no other damage but they stated how do we know you didn’t cause the damage. They did not hold up to their own store policy. I would not recommend Lotus Vape and smoke shop in Naples. Julia was our sales person.

My two daughters and I shopped here and spent over 500$$. We had a problem with two of the devices and went back 1 day later with one and 3 days later with the other. The guys there are really sweet.. But would not do anything about them. They said we had to call the company and that came from the owner..So what do you do until then??? Well, if you own a company you should be the one to call the company it came from and replace the device. Very poor business sense and he just lost 3 great customers.. And got a bad review in return. :( OH and one I was told I broke the glass camber (a breeze).. Have no Idea how that would ever happen, it is well protected..

Dani helped me so much. She answered all my questions that I had. The store is very clean and kept organized very well. They have great customer service and a awesome selection on pipes.

If i could give a half a star i would.im from out of town and only need the glass part for the tank.bought a tank kit but then found a single piece that finally fit.paid cash but wouldnt do a return when i never even left the store.all they had to do was subtract the price...then they have posted in the store to leave a good review..obviously the owner doesnt have any sort of good customer service.just wants to get paid! Warning you now, be careful what you do in this store

Horrible management. Shop here at your own risk. They sold me a defective device. I requested an exchange. They said no. I asked to speak to the manager. The blond male said he was the manager and he wouldn’t exchange the device. I asked to speak to the owner and the manager told me the owner would tel me to get out of his store. Don’t shop here!

The green haired girl behind the counter was smug with me when I tried to purchase pods for my vape. The items were out of stock and I then asked when do they get their delivery of the stock I was looking for. Her answer was again a smug "random".

Hey green hair girl, I tried to give you my business and I apologize for interrupting your conversation with the bearded dude behind the counter. I am sure your conversation was much more important than me spending $40.00 on vape pods & e-juice.

I found a better alternative for vape supplies on Pine Ridge Road. Less expensive. Very professional.

I won't be back.

Could have more stuff. But overall they have basically everything one would need. And honestly I love this place! It's the best vape shop in that side of Naples for sure!❤️

Awesome. I'm visiting in from Chicago. And met Steven here. Hes totally legit. Reccomended me some good flavors very friendly and had a great conversation. I would come here more often...if I lived here. Highly reccomend them, regards. Zachary Paine!
