Bought a piece from them didn't come with a downstem but I contacted owner to get downstems he made it a long process with reviewing camera footage would not give me downstem on request never going back

Stay away!!
This place is a joke cannot even back the products they sell for 2 hours. Paid $32 for a Juul starter kit which is $12 higher than most places. That was only 2 hours ago and I called and asked what they could do and I was told they can do nothing. Better off buying online that way you can exchange products that might not work and get a much better price. This is why stores like this should be out of business and probably will be if they do not change their business practices. Had to order one online after that one did not work and it costs 14.99 with shipping so much for supporting that local business.

I dont go to any other shop nor would i recommend one. Lotus has it all and the staff is super friendly n helpful. I needed extra supplies for my trip but they were out. He instantly checked there ft myers store and had them sent asap. If that aint service dunno what is. Respect

I visited the Lotus a couple of days ago and the ladies behind the counter were very friendly and patient and helpful. Truly an awesome experience. Plenty of options for the beginner to the most elite of connoisseurs. They have something for everybody. Look forward to going back again.

Lotus smoke shop is so diverse when it comes to different kinds of tool and gadgets for any of your smoke need/wants !!! I came in original for one thing and an employee by the name of haley I believe help me and showed/demonstrated different things. I ended up leaving with so much fun stuff then I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend this smoke shop to eveyone and will be coming back thanks again !(:
