Lotus Vape & Smoke Shop - Naples

Bad customer service, I come in to get recommendations not be treated like an idiot and called sweetheart by some gross man. This is the third time this same employee has been rude. I'm done giving this store chances used to love coming here when staff was actually friendly and helpful. Side note after reading other reviews apparently they are supposed to be informing customers there have been issues with elf bars at the time of purchase.. you might want to reitorate that with your staff because they haven't been while I've been there.

Is worst customer service anywhere.
If you have a problem with anything you buy there, they will tell you they're not interested in helping. Period.
I spoke with the manufacturer, and they told me to return the pipe to the store so the store could return it for a new one to give me.
The store said no.
Please read the reviews. The site replies with call us. They aren't going to help. Stay away unless you're a gambler.

Great supply of many items. Bought three vapes. Oddly I was asked if I wanted to "test" them to make sure they were "ok". I thought this an odd and unnecessary, as I never been asked that before or had a problem with vapes before. Except on one occasion, a year ago, after a few days it leaked. It was not from this store. I declined thinking to myself "what are the odds of that happening? So I get home and 2 of the 3 vapes are leaking. The packaging is also different from the manufacturer I have ordered from. So, I went to another vape store and noticed the correct packaging (sealed in plastic and inside of a cardboard box that is not clear plastic)and bought 10 of them. I hope this store looks into why they wish to offer to test customer vapes when policy is that you can't get refund. Maybe they get a lot of bad ones due to heat here or improper packaging. I like to support my local businesses and not buy online. If you buy from this store def take them up on testing each one.

This employee definitely hates his job. He gave me an attitude after returning the item because it did not work.. After spending $25 he is now able to make another $25 because he can send the item back to the manufacturer there you go they just made $50 off of me. Have a nice day. This is how this company operates and makes money off of there customers very clever. They don’t deserve a star period.

Came in for some eliquid. And ended walking out with a bunch of vape products. Service was attentive. And informative. Super helpful. Looking forward to stopping by again.

This is the only reason I couldn't give a comepete 5 out of 5 overall. Now I'm a big fan of capitalism and it sounds like this place is busy. It's in a nice area near the coast and definitely a tourist hot spot during peak season, so I can understand the markup. I typically buy wholesale as well so my expectation of price is probably outside of the norm. For example my favorite tea, mitragyna speciosa I order directly from Indonesia for about $40 per 1000 gram.
Their price for the same strain is $59.00 per only 100 grams. So I get 10X the product for $20 less expensive. Not sustainable but I'm on vacation and that's definitely part of their business model.

PLACE IS SO OVER PRICED!
Pack of rolling papers $3.20ea. I order the same papers online and get them of .75c! And people wonder why we shop online instead of local...
Only gave 2 stars because they had what zi needed in a pinch till my order arrives. Otherwise it would be 1 star for the prices.
They can't claim prices are up when others are selling for 1/6 the price.

The store has a greater variety of items , the problem I have with this store is when you use a Credit Card to purchase then they tack a fee on top of that , which is fine, but the reason I will never go back to this store is they openly ask for a tip , and not even grateful ! Imagine asking for a tip when that is up to the customer. So unprofessional !!! I am sure these employees are getting paid to be there . But to openly suggesting to leave a tip is so rude and offensive that I will never go this store again . Also , only vape shop in Naples that is so aggressive with asking customers to leave tips , SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!
