I usually shop here and everyone is pretty cool. But today the man and woman who worked were not quite ready to do some great customer service. Felt like I interrupted their movie time. I highly doubt I'll come back or recommend this place now.

The guy that owns this shop is really rude, I asked a simple question and he told me to get out of his shop. He could’ve told me nicely that he couldn’t answer that question, but was really mean and has bad hospitality skills. I give the owner 1 star and business a 1 star review for being so mean to me today, you need to work on your customer service skills sir! Also the products are way over priced! I recommend going to Vapor Source, they have awesome customer service skills, they answered all my questions including the questions this guy could not answer, and the products there are high quality with good prices! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT PERFECT CAPE! He’s such a rip off with a bad attitude!

This place is awesome. Stopped in just to grab a few things while im here on vacation. I think the man i talked to was chris and there was a tall woman with colorful hair there aswell. They were both very friendly. U can taste and flavor you want, which i have never seen at any other shop.

Perfect vape is always a good time. Stop in, get your juice, hang out on the couch for a while. The owner, Chris, is a fun guy (along with his employees) and very catering to the military with the discount he offers.

Membership rewards that are great, like free juice. The juice is all very good quality. Good prices. Excellent staff that will sell you good product and not just trying to sell you something to make a buck. I recommend this vape shop to all those that already vape and give old mods away to friends that still smell like cigarettes.

I had puchased a vapor from a different store. Had it for a few weeks and really didn't have the chance to use it all that much. You know still had cigarettes and just taking the time to understand the thing. So when I decided to use it, the juice that i brought from that same store started to leak out of the tank. So I stopped by A Perfect Vape for some information on the problem. They were nice enough to give me good information on my problem. I took their advice and placed a new coil in my vape that came with the kit. After refilling the vape with juice it still continued to leak after a few uses. So I took the vape and my problem to the original store of purchase. Only to be placed in a postion of feeling as if my problem was my fault and that I did something wrong to the device. At which time I was also told that my warrenty of 30 day's only covered the box itself. Even though other places including A Perfect Vape, said on occasion you can purchase defective coils. The store I purched the vape from (Dragon Lair) never informed me or even attempted to give any advice to solve the problem. They in turn attempted to get me to say that I did something wrong to the tank, and that the juice used could be the problem. Although they assembled it originally and the juice which they said could cause the problem, was purchased from their store. In short, they didn't feel the need to help me solve the problem, beside telling me that the coils only last for about 2 weeks under normal conditions. So i dont recommend purchasing from a place that can't help or will mislead you before a purchase. Or one that won't provide help or instruct in the use of their products. With that being said. I will only buy my vapes and accessories from A Perfect Vape. They offer what seems to be lacking, and not just fron The Dragon Lair; but from other service business. They gave me Great Customer Service.

Not a bad place. You have great deals and give military discounts. Despite these communication we had about a pot I needed they were still very nice.
