These guys and gals are always great. They are very informative and knowledgeable with any questions or issues you may have about vape. I have been vaping for years and this by far is the best store around.
Plus they employ a lot of veterans. So that alone should allow them to top the list. The service is second to this but it as well Is worth the 5 stars. The owners are on hand most days and meeting them you will see why I rate the store so high.

Everyone who works here has always been amazingly helpful. Quite often the owner of the shop is working the counter himself. He's one of the best shop owners I've ever met. The house juice is super tasty and better than any premium I've ever had. If I could give this shop 10 stars would. Only place in the Springs I go for all of my vaping needs.

I stopped in here earlier this week, with my semi truck (no trailer, no room for that drivers!!!), to only pick up coils. When I saw how clean their shop was, and a wide variety of their own juices, I had to pick up a few bottles. Their orange cream brings me back to my childhood of eating Dreamcicles with my great grandma, and their banana cream tastes exactly like my favorite dessert. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!!! Thank you!!!

First time customer, now lifelong customer! Ive been to many many vape shops here in the springs but no one will ever compete against A Perfect Vape! Cody, thank you beyond words what you did for me on Saturday 3\6. Ive never met a store manager that takes his time with his customers and truly care, not in the business to make a quick buck. Thank you again Cody and thank you to your sweet wife who shared a good laugh with me when I tried that awful flavor 😉 😂

The staff here are always accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. If you're a beginner or want to switch things up to something different, this is by far the best shop to visit in Colorado Springs. Quick tip, the evening staff are the owners and they're the best. So visit closer to the evenings if you can. They will go above and beyond to get you what you want and will enjoy. Not once in the 3 years I've been visiting have I been steered the wrong direction. Thanks guys!

First time in this place and the young girl that works there couldn't answer any questions correctly- instead she just vaped in front of us and didn't know what was in the house juices yet she mentions about them being buy one get one 75% off but didn't even try to upsell the 75% off.. That's not good customer service at all and would never go there again.. Of coarse you would reply with that because you're all related.. she did not have great customer service I myself felt like saying something because the way she was responding was not great and the way he responded about the ID's was to me not her because we were talking about it in our vehicle and yes she did say no we don't when he asked about a book but her saying that in a tone and couldn't say no we don't but I can tell you exactly what we have but instead not knowing anything he literally had to ask do you have anything pineapple because she would not say anything and instead pulls out her vape to vape in our face no other vape shops do that they're actually respectable and talk to their customers... It doesn't matter what you say we're fine he's not going back there and you guys should be pleased so it's whatever and the house juice I'm sorry isn't great there's no flavor to it.
