Prescott Smokes and Vapor

This is the a horrible place with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went in to the store today to purchase items with my boyfriend and our son. The glass has signs that state we need assistance to look at everything. The man at the counter was so engrossed in his race on the TV that it was like pulling teeth to get assistance. When I changed my mind twice on an item, the man snapped at me and raised his voice. He was very aggressive and I was surprised by this. When I told him not to get mean with me and that I was a customer and wanted to spend money in his store, he told me that he didn't care. His exact words were "so what." This place has no interest in serving customers and the man is very unstable. I have never been yelled at like this. When I decided to not buy my items and told my boyfriend just to buy his, the guy screamed at me and told me to get out. We left over $100 worth of crap on the counter and we are very OK with that. I will NEVER EVER go to this store again no matter how close it is. Take the extra drive and go to the next closest shop. Trust me.....this man that runs it is not nice and has no interest in helping. You will be more inconvenient to him than anything.

Update: cant believe the way I was just treated by a new employee. I've been a weekly customer for a couple years now. Mainly because I live in Prescott, so its convenient. Have always had a good relationship with the guys who have run it..(unsure if they are owners). Today I got screwed, because they let someone run the store who doesn't have a clue about vaping, what the store carries, or customer service. Was sold the wrong product, realized it before I left the store, was then told I couldn't return it. When I questioned the clerk about the policy I was told if I didn't like it I need to leave the store.🤬...been quite a while since I've been treated so rudely!! If shes who I get to deal with from now on I will not be back.

Went on Sunday the 14th. of March. The store was nice and clean store. Kat, The nice woman helping us was a pro! We enjoyed it.

I love this shop! They have a huge selection of products and the best customer service. Kevin is friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. It amazes me they have some bad reviews, because i go to this store almost everyday for cigarettes and i have ZERO complaints. Keep up the great work!

There are nicer places to go!!!! Went in to find a guy behind the counter with two other males leaning on the front of counter and they seemed to be watching the tv above them and talking. I overheard their convo which was sexual stuff. Sex doesn't bug me but the nasty comments they made were disgusting plus they continued even though I was clearly in the store. I asked for help at one point and the guy behind the counter helped but it was hard to get and keep his attention. He was more interested in his buddies. It made me very uncomfortable so I left. I called to speak to the owner a few days later and no response. The items in the store are neat and I am sad that I can't shop there now due to the lack of customer service and uncomfortable environment they provide. I drive to Oakdale Minnesota now and they have an AMAZING shop over by subway. Check it out!

Good place, you can see it from the street. Nice folks, usually knowledgeable, reasonable prices, but going to miss Kevin (may he rest in peace)!! He was a good person & friend.

They must have forgot how to place their orders. They are 90% of the time out of my chewing tobacco. Order more for crying out loud. Me and my friends will now go elsewhere. I drive 15 miles to Prescott what's 10 more. We will just spend more of our money at the new store. Too bad.

Will not be going back here. As a single mother I have to bring my 3 year old with me everywhere I go. I stopped in here to buy myself tobacco and the kid working told me next time I bring my child in he will kick me out. Mind you I carried my son the whole time I was in there. He did not touch not 1 thing.

Good service, mostly see blonde girl there but she's always very helpful whenever I come in!

I went into this shop with my 1 year old son and my girlfriend....these people were horrible and the response to my gf review was crazy. I recommend another place for sure! How does an owner insult and put blame on a baby? Plus if no kids were allowed then where we're the signs and why is this just brought up? The guy behind the counter was rude and obnoxious and so is the owner and apparently they take no responsibility for their lack of professionalism! The owner doesn't even respond to complaints....we called and called. Now that it's public he makes up lies to cover his butt. Please go anywhere else but here! Thanks!!
