I'm from out of town. I have to say that they are awesome!
Very helpful and extremely nice. There not there to get you to buy items that you don't need. I had issues on my tank and they explained why. Fixed my problem and it didn't cost alot. Great prices and alot of choices to choose from.

I've been coming here for about a year now, going between this location and the Oshkosh one. I liked the shop when I first came in, but loved it after have and amazing experience. I walked in one day needing a new drip tip, coils, and juice. I'm always patient when coming here because it's a busy place. It's my turn at the counter, and I asked for the drip tips, and all the other things I needed. Unfortunately idk the man's name, but he had noticed I was waiting a long time and told me the drip tip was on him. Because of that experience, this is my go to store.

Really awesome selection and great service from single employee which is the older guy that works there.. otherwise the younger guy Milo was kinda of a space head and left the minute it got busy and didn't return for like an hour and it got extremely busy

I have been coming here for disposables. When i first started coming in, everything was fine. But recently, not so much. I bought two guava ice puff plus bars(i only get those) and i left, opened one up and it tasted HORRIBLE. so i scratched the code on the back(always do that!!!!) and it said it was counterfeit. so i didnt open the other one and i went back and the guy was super nice about it and opened other ones to let me try and NONE of them worked. like what??? i got irritated and just said f it and left with two of them. its been two days and i couldnt handle them so i had to throw them both away.. $27 wasted for possibly counterfeit disposables. Ive bought counterfeit ones from gas stations before but you shouldn’t have to worry about buying them from a VAPE SHOP.

They have a little something for everyone. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. This is where I get all of my vape / smoking stuff. If you're a first time vaper / smoker I can't recommend this place enough.

Appleton store: Had a great experience here. I accidently dropped a brand new bottle of juice and instead of paying for a new bottle the staff offered another bottle free of charge. Stuff like this is what brings people back to your store. Also another employee was working past his shift to help me. 5 stars
