Loved customer service and very large selection. Bought the best flavored juice ever and at a great price. Just wish so so bad I could order and have it mailed as I don't live near this or any other vape shop and I'm currently using a coil on its last leg 😢

Dude was nice and all but when I bought a thing for dabs the guy took off the piece it came with and I had to buy one you can use for dabs. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think I still should have been gave the piece it came with.. Also I've bought 4-5 pens there and every single one of then broke in half.. Pretty weird actually.

Got a vape there and asked one of the guys if me and my girlfriends vape would use the same coils. He said yes and it turned out to be false. Tried to go get coils for it and they didn't have them in stock. They said they ordered some and they still haven't got them. It's been weeks. Seems they will say anything to get a quick buck.

BEWARE!!!!! They are thieves!!!! Be cautious buying any mods off them as they sell broken products!
I was very disappointed with my experience here. I came in there yesterday 11/3/2018 and purchased a new smok Gx350 kit and two containers of oil for $190 and some change. Well when I got home I found out that the vape was broken and would not charge at all. So I went back in wanting to exchange it for a new one, that they had behind the counter, but was told NO! I will have to send it to smok and wait multiple weeks for it to be fixed after owning for only a matter of hours. I would suggest going anywhere else because this guy that works here with his hat on sideways is a thief! He does not give a dam about customer satisfaction. He just wants your money and will do nothing to help satisfy you.
