This store is absolutely amazing! First time in and Tucker never disappoints! Amazing spirit and so knowledgable on inventory. Will definitely be coming back to this location for Tucker and the rest of the team at this location!

Eric is a great bud-tender! Despite my phone number and account information being all mixed up, he did his best that he could do before calling over his manager. Unfortunately they have to fix my account. But that didn’t stop me from a five star review or wanting to come back here. I’ve been here off and on since 2021 when y’all were under construction before the new building.
And Taylor is usually my regular bud-tender. Y’all are awesome!!!

I had the most amazing experience. I picked up the new dragoo battery per Kyle's recommendation. He said Jack Herer would pair good with my tastes. He was so knowledgeable and was spot on. Thank you Kyle!

By far my favorite dispensary! They have great selection of product. And Taylor is absolutely wonderful, she's knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Plus she's super nice. Go see her!

Alicia at the Andresen store worked with me, and she was so delightful! Your store has an incredible selection, and she was great about helping me navigate what products are offered while patiently answering my questions.

I look forward to visiting this store again (and others in the Craft Cannabis family).

Kyle is the greatest! He never fails to find exactly what I need despite me having no idea what that might be. He’s also SUPER cute and has the best personality! 😉

Luke is amazing, and the whole team there is great. they give you honest answers and if they don't know how it hits or feels they just say i haven't tried yet, my favorite store :)

Craft is the place to go! Always thankful for the great customer service and knowledge on products. Especially from Taylor! Thanks for your help every time I go in! Also really like the new building and decor, super aesthetic.

This used to be a great shop to go to. Centrally located, wide variety of products, and generally friendly staff, but it's definitely gone downhill. My most recent experiences, have turned me off so much, I don't think I'll be going back. On January 12th, I went in the evening, around 9:00pm. There were two employees on staff, one was a woman who's helped us a lot, and is super friendly, the other is a guy(possibly a supervisor), and he's hit or miss. I went in wearing a mask, and said my doctor thought I had RSV, to which the man replied very rudely, that he has a kid, and he needed the woman to help us. I get it, if you have a kid, but my DOCTOR, said I could go about my business as usual, and didn't recommend a mask. I wore a mask of my own accord. This guy working here, got mad at us, like how dare we come in sick, and was very rude, and angry appearing. I chose to wear a mask, just to be nice, it wasn't recommended by my own doctor, so how dare he? We came back two weeks later, as we always do, on January 26th, again around 9:00pm, and they were both working again. The guy turned to the woman, and said "will you help them??" Even though, he didn't have any customers of his own, and she was already helping someone else. I was well past being sick, at this point, and had recovered. That is so incredibly disrespectful, and rude. It made us both very uncomfortable, and we won't be coming back. Give that woman a raise(younger, I think hispanic gal), because she went above and beyond to help us, when her superior couldn't be bothered, and she has ten times more class than him, in how she treated us. Also, they stopped selling Snicklefritz, or at least never have it, and the district manager(I think, it might be the store) doesn't want to sell Delectable Dabs, because "everybody sells them," but that's KIND OF THE POINT? They're a solid line, that's why everybody sells them. High 5 off of Fourth Plain, has way nicer employees, and ALWAYS has Delectable Dabs, and sometimes has Snicklefritz, and better discounts. It's not as centrally located, but it's worth the drive, if you're farther out. I won't be returning to Craft, except for small single gram purchases. Which is sad, because, my spouse and I have been maxing out on dabs there, every two weeks, for the past two years.

Great spot with lots of selection! Love the new storefront. Eric has been a fantastic help with tons of knowledge, and I'll definitely be back!
