My first and second visits there were better than both Sublime and Vapor Lounge! If you have a serious issue with your vape product, you will want to go here and ask for Bear. Owned and ran by two brothers, both cool and nice. Both smarter than the general vape attendant for sure.

Went in to get a tank. And was pitched the biggest line of bs in regards to my tank. Unbelievable. Way over priced...same stuff can be found at a mom and pops smoke shop even a lil cheaper. Had to walk out.

I’m always iffy about going to new vape shops. After my first visit to valley vape, the staff was beyond helpful! Their knowledge on their products is out of this world. They do what ever they can to help out and make sure you’re walking out the door happy. Of all the vape shops around I will continue to make the 30 mile drive to valley vape. Not just for the premium quality juice and accessories, but for the unbelievable customer service. If you haven’t been here yet you need to check it out!!!

I had went to several different vape shops looking for info on vaping because I'm am new to this. It seemed like everyone just wanted to sell sell sell rather than listen to my specific needs. And then I walked into this store, staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and they sold me exactly what i need and not what was going to bring in the most $$$$ Thank you so much I will be returning for all my vape needs!!!!

The staff made my visit to the store very positive. The staff is knowledgeable of all vape products including cannabis based products. The staff is very willing to discuss current vaping technologies and willing to educate the experienced to the novice vaping customer. A large inventory of power sources and all associated vaping products make this one of Spokane Valleys premier vape shops to my opinion.
