I absolutely love the customer service and the wonderful welcome you get going in the workers always know how to put a smile on my face and always help me with finding the biggest bang for my buck with being low income . I absolutely LOVE HEMPBERRY ( sidenote if you have body aches and pains and love bath bombs , my best suggestion is the CBS bath bombs . They have so many good smelling and different shapes and one even lights up!!!!)

unfortunately... I just walked out disappointed with your customer service. Austin (last week mind you) gave me your review card, told me if I did the fb and Google reviews, I would get 20% off my next purchase.. I was just declined this discount. It wasn't even warranted under "representing good customer service" I was told I could drive across town, to the Kelso store and use it there, to save about $4?! Not even worth it... So I will be changing my review and spending my money elsewhere.

I came in today and was SHOKED how many amazing products that they had. I didn't realise how many options they would have. The guy working was patient and kind. He went over several options and was teaching me about what the products do. I will definitely be back. I left with the most adorable cupcake bath bomb I wish I could share the picture!!! Thank you

Okay experiences. Prices are a little over the top. Customer service is so so usually but sometimes good. Still prefer Longviews new ERUPTED VAPOR on 15th. Better deals, way bigger selection, NOT constantly out of stock like viper vapor is.

I went in here for the first time today and the guy who was working helped me out a lot, he was really helpful and nice. I got my first CBD Bath Bomb and I can't wait to use it!! It's my favorite place to shop that isn't currently 420 friendly. The staff is always friendly and know their products! I'm mostly thankful for the store for being responsible for helping me make the switch from cigarettes to E-liquids!

I have gone to the viper vapor in kelso and have had bad experiences with customer service and attentiveness being a customer, which has made me apprehensive to go again but the one in Longview has been a great experience. They are friendly, helpful and great to do business with.
