Amazing customer service! This chain of shops has the best prices for the amazing variety and quality of products that they carry as well as the best selection of delicious juices at good prices. Not only our employees extremely helpful and take their time to help you select the perfect project for you even if you are new at beeping and are overwhelmed by the huge selection. Not only that, but unlike other Vape shops I have visited if a product malfunctions they work really hard with you to fix it and if they can't they replace the product with a better one at no cost to you or at least at a great discount. I'm never going to spend money with any other Vape shop, tobacco hut is by far the best experience I have had with this type of store in this area!

Used to be a great shop in regards to customer service AND products. Not so much in customer service in Warrenton anymore (WE MISS BEN!). Warrenton has the worst service. Very rude, eye rolls, long wait when no one else is in the store. They're always on their cell phones and really don't seem to care. They used to give discounts and smiles. Even walked in to a screaming match between the head woman and other employees. If you want good service go to gainesville. I'd rather (and do) travel the half hour there, pass the Warrenton to get great service than go the 30 seconds to the warrenton one. Ridiculous

I love tobacco hut. It has everything you can possibly think of to satisfy your smoking needs/urges. Even has kratom and CBD products. My favorite experience of the place is meeting an employee named Anne. She will help you out with anything you have a question to, she genuinely cares whether or not you get what you came for and that you like what you purchase. I don't know how else I can describe her except that she makes my experience at tobacco hut an enjoyable one and motivates me to keep coming back. Dear Tobacco Hut Management, I seriously suggest making Anne a manager. Your sales will skyrocket. Thank you Anne for a great experience all around. Keep being you.

It is your one-stop shop. Great customer service everytime! Products are amazing! Andrea made my night! I didn't think they would have the product I was looking for. She went straight to the product already knew what I was talking about! Awesome job!

I go to this location often. Everytime I go into this location I'm greated by the friendliest staff! Anna and Clay are two of the friendliest workers there and they are always so helpful and reccomend great products.

Wide selection of quality E-liquid.Nic packs available. Prices below average. At time of post 60 ml bottles sell at two for $30. Savings on overstock clearance shelf. 1-6 coil Mesh Pro $5 ea. I only needed juice, didn't get price or support info on devices, so 4 stars is good. Shop around and educate yourself before buying a vaping device. Retail space is appealing. Staff was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly

Went in today for the first time today to support my bad habit and had the pleasure of having Anna help me with my purchase, she was absolutely wonderful and kind, the perfect example of customer service.

Bandar, the main manager there, has been an absolute amazing person who is incredibly patient and willing to help out anyone who walks in the shop. He’s even helped me find the perfect product for the best price. I will continue to come to this shop to see Bandar and browse his HUGE selection of smoke, vape, and glass products. 10/10 shopping experience and would definitely come here again!

If you get the manager there to help you the place is great! The other employees seem oblivious to the products and are always in a rush to get you out. The only down side to this place is they are terrible at keeping things in stock. If you find something you love there one day, don't expect it to be there again the next time you go, and they will lie to you about putting in new orders to refill their stock. I've been their multiple times for different things and I get the same answer every time I go there when something I like isn't on the shelf, "we just put in an order for it, should be in by the end of the week." Go back again to get it... same answer again. 3 stars because as I said, the manager there is awesome at what he does and amazing customer service. The "kids" working there drop it down.

Love the enlarged store, so many cool things and the customer service is always spot on. With all the laws being changed in July it is nice to be able to go here and be confident in their information and products 😎
