Love this place! Reps are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Items are priced decently, and you can find a huge array of options in terms of pricing. You can buy the cheapest or the most expensive of anything, which I like.

With so many of these type of shops popping up all around town, I always like to stop here because you get great customer service and the staff here are always willing to educate you in a direct and friendly manner. Some other shops you kind of feel like you're walking into a doctor's office. But here you feel welcome and are comfortable in the purchases you're making. Shout out to the Kulture pens that hold me down! Check with the staff but I've heard they have a lifetime guarantee! Definitely one of my top picks in the RVA

I went to the downtown location for the first time after usually going to the two other locations. As soon as I walked in the space was welcoming and I loved the set up. I was welcomed by Dave and had a lovely conversation with him. He also got me hip to the new cannabis chapstick which incredible. I definitely will be going back to that specific location more often and also love that it is the original Kulture location in Richmond!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a well stocked shop with excellent selections & good prices, MUCH better than years ago I might add. The manager was knowledgeable and helped me selected a piece that was perfect for what I needed, and he didn't try to push more expensive ones that didn't really work for me. I appreciate that and now they have a loyal customer who will suggest them to anyone looking for quality product and excellent customer service!

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I won't shop anywhere else after the great experience I had today. Also, I hadn't been to this location in a long time and was pleasantly surprised to see that they blow glass on location! It was so cool I could stay and watch all afternoon.

The guys over at Kulture VA are great. I live out of state and could not of had an easier transaction. I called several months ago looking for high end glass(Mothership) and got on their waiting list and never expected to hear back. Well last week I got a call since I was first on their list and wound up getting 2 amazing pieces. I believe I dealt with Garret from start to finish, got some deals on accessories, had the pieces packed bomb proof and shipped out the next day.
