Terrible… only go here if u DESPERATELY need nicotine or Tobacco never go here for glass/water pipes by far worst selection I have ever seen for glass all $10-$30 DHGATE pieces upcharged 200% with no knowledge of glass worst shop experience ever… NEVER GOING BACK
After looking through their other reviews they all seem odd… every time someone has a complaint they refuse to take responsibility and simply call them their "competitors" seems that they only get 1star reviews or 5 star reviews, only other place I have seen the reviews like this are on knock off products… not a good look

I absolutely love this place. Shahida, who runs it is amazing. She's very nice and friendly. With all the vaping issues going on she's on our side and follows the rules that need to be followed so adults like myself can continue to vape. The place is clean, organized, and fairly priced. It's very close to my home and work as well. They've gone out of their way to get me products not on the shelves already. I hope this place and Shahida are around for years and years. Love ya Vape Lot.

Have been to this shop several times due to its location! Very convenient only living around the corner. Today that has changed due to receiving a product that was broken. Came with my brother to pick out a gift for Christmas. Spent a lot of time looking at there great selection of products etc. Finally decided on what I wanted and we got it! Drove 5 min around the corner home to unpackage it to find out there is a huge chunk of glass missing from it in a very un noticeable spot. Only reason I was able to find it, was with water when it started leaking. You could imagine my disappointment of having just got this no more than 10 minutes ago. I know I should have checked it over more carefully but still, you should not be selling anything with cracks, pieces missing, etc. so that was the least of my concerns untill I got it home. Tried coming in to exchange it ( purchased Christmas Eve , came back 12/27/19 with the recite too and original packaging) so within a couple days I came back to exchange or to try to work something out. Only to be treated like I’m trying to get one over on the business instead of being treated like a customer who has a issue with the product they just purchased from you. I have came here several time on different occasions and have spent HUNDREDS of dollars with your small business. I planned on continuing to come here untill you treated me how you did today. Please do realize I was a customer who has spent money with you multiple times(weekly) and planed to spend more money as you were my new local shop I loved to go to. I hate that you were not able to work something out or exchange the broken product as you would have continued to make money off me weekly. Now you have lost me for life, along with my brother as a customer and any of my friends. I will NOT recommended anybody to your shop as I do not wish to spend money with a small business that doesn’t have the customer at heart. We the customers are what keeps YOU small business going! I’m sad to say you have lost much more than a customer. Maybe next time think about the long term with your customers instead of just 1 sale. Now because of this I will gladly drive the extra miles to spend my money with another small business who has the customer on the mind. I would not recommend spending money here, it will end up being a waste.

We have returned to Vape Lot several times, this is our favorite store in the area. They have wide selection of premium juices, Vape kits, Coils, Pods, pods systems, Glass pipes, Hookahs, Tobacco, shisha, Premium cigars and top of the products they are friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I recommend it.

Prices are 30-40 dollars above any other shop I've been to, management and staff have no knowledge of the products they sell. No customer service and no returns even if it's the stores fault. If I could rate -5 I would, save your money and go somewhere worthwhile like zooties

Place is sketch, I avoid it like the plague, only go in when I need juice in a pinch.
- High Prices, have not checked out their glass but I'm sure it's the same deal.
- Not knowledgable about their own products.
- Off putting staff. -- The new girl is cool.
There is definitely cheaper places in Loudoun.
