terriible products. I purchased one of the juices that they make in -company and filled my tank As soon as I drag on my pain I noticed a strong Aroma of melting plastic /gasoline . Walk right back into the store and ask if they can smell anything wrong with the juice.. the clerk says yeah that's gotta be a messed up batch. And then proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do for me. This all happened within 1 minute of handing money over. He says some "oh legally I can't do anything" rigamarole .. and then when I tell him I'll contact my brother in law who is an attorney about the mix up at the e-juice manufacturing place, the guy totally flips his lid and tells me he'll blast a hole in my white a** and get off the property .now I don't know what type of money racket the vault is running but I'm a very upset customer and I will be making a formal complaint on the matter and if that doesn't yeild any results I will contact wavy TV 10

Great shop with affordable prices and a variety of products. The Vault introduced me to vaping and I am happily cigarette free because of it. The staff is great and very knowledgeable about their products and always make me feel welcome. They answer any questions I may have and don't mind demonstrating their products. Not only do they carry vape products, but they also have hookahs, shisha, glass pipes, and incense. I recommend this store to everyone!

Sent my wife to get an arctic blast or other string winter/ice/spearmint/peppermint/menthol type flavor (think like DEntyne Ice). The only thing they had were peppermint/vanilla and menthol/.tobacco flavor, the latter of which the clerk described as a "Kool". I talked to the clerk myself. I dunno if their selection is really that small, or if the clerk didnt understand what I wanted. Next time I will just come in myself, or possibly to another store. The Exxon by Ft EUstis blvd and 143 has better selection, help and prices.
