I have been in this shop 3 times. Twice they sold me the wrong item and then hid behind no refund policy. Once the wrong coils and then the wrong juice. My bad for inspected them closely before I left...The 3rd time was to repurchase what I actually needed.

This is my favorite business I go about two times a week the customer service is always amazing they have a gigantic juice selection, very competitive prices on her Kratom and juice and good quality glass!! I’m so happy they opened up here it’s so close and convenient to where I work and live, and way better prices than Tobacco Hut Warrenton!!!

Website and their front door says they open at 10am. I'm here now and they are not open, it's 10:30am. I made a special trip, drove 25 miles, got here at 10:10, It's now 10:30 and nothing. I won't make that drive again. To me, they suck for not being punctual. They lost my business.

Sign on the door says they had an emergency and will be open at 430pm, but the open sign is still illuminated. It's currently 5pm and they haven't re-opened. Waste of a drive and the 30 minutes I waited.
