I will never go anywhere else I bought a new set up and spend $150 I got home and found out that the mod I bought was defective... I was able to go back to the store and the manager was able to call the boss and get me an in-store replacement so I did not have to go to the manufacturer for a refund or anything I am forever grateful and appreciate it so much. Great experience and very satisfied now!

Largest selection and most knowledgeable staff I have experienced in the entire state. The shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk through the door. This place is large and expansive with two entire walls stocked with any kind of Vape flavor you could think of. Theres even a tasting bar to try them out. They also carry a ton of Mods and accessories. If you ever have questions, the staff are always chock full of knowledge and reccomendations. I often see them troubleshoot with customers as to what issues they may be having with their mods as well. I'm very impressed with this place and love the service. They always greet you as you enter and assist you quickly. I just wish they had a location closer to my home in Sugarhouse so that I could frequent them more often.

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with is very welcoming. Awesome choices for juice high end mechanical mods and rda's. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. The customer service they provide is great! All of the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

Great setup definitely. Friendly staff 9 out of 10. Fanciest vape store in SLC area. Prices are usually a bit cheaper than competition. My 2nd choice for when I need that hard to find gear or back up when my 1st choice vape shop is out of stock.

They are amazing at explaining the way that their products work. The vibe here is very relaxing. They have a huge salt tank with beautiful and exotic fish and marine life. They let you sample flavors and also have a rewards program. I just purchased a new product called the JUUL and it's super. They are open every day of the week.

Heads up, these guys don't give refunds unless it is a manufacturer type issue. Bought a mod and two days later didn't exactly love it. I thought it didn't fit my battery, and after looking at it for a day just didn't really like it, it felt kind of cheap. Anyways, went to take it back and get a bit more expensive / nicer one and was told I couldn't return a two day old unused mod. "I obviously liked it when I bought it." is what the guy told me. He would be happy to sell me another, new mod, however.

Furthermore, when I bought it it was packed busy in there. I didn't really get a chance to look at all the mods, and when I asked for recommendations (50 - 150 price range) I was showed only two mods, out of a good 20 or 30 to choose from. When i asked about the others they told me they probably wouldn't work with the atlantis tank I bought, which sounded kind of dumb at the time. But whatever.

Just regretted buying it from there, regretted it more when I was told no refunds. Go somewhere where staff will help you out.

I love showing I.d. because I feel better about knowing children aren't getting their hands on things and I was I.d.'d here plenty so props!!. P.P.s.... I didn't get a hipster vibe at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly. P.P.P.s I got a refund quick and easy on something I bought and had a problem with... The negative comments are all b.s.

I been to ivape more than 100 times i asked them about jimmy the juiceman for price match the owner got very rude and mean to me after that the stuff laugh about price match. what was funny about it? if anyone go online it's way cheaper then ivape beside i bought smy 60watts as (( authenic box mod)) when i went to check the authenticity online it's from china not made in usa this place is no good these guys just lie how to make money. they dont care. and i bought their jazzy boba not smell or test one the stuff said it's the best e juice lie big lie it made me sick it's the most nasty e juice i ever had. zero customer service very mean and rude owner and stuff. whenever you have questions or problems they dont want to deal with it even you been their loyal customer 30 time more over price then other vape shops.

Great place to find your latest cape flavors and everything else involved. They have a bar where you can try every flavor and the guy that helped me (Chris Fisher) was very professional and very helpful. No more wasting money on changing whether or not you'll like the flavor or the smoke. Great atmosphere, great staff, try it out!!!

I love this place and NEVER get sick of it, the staff is very helpful and friendly and fixing up your RDA's, you can even charge your battery as well while the vape tech is fixing up your mod. I recently got a Cool Fire II mod (Resemble a frag grenade) for VERY low price and it worked. I especially love the juice bar, soooooooooo many flavors to choose from with reasonable to low price. Keep doing what you're doing.

BTW this used to be the Smoker's Guru, which used to be ran by some shadiest dude you'll ever meet.
