It was my fourth stop looking for the pod I needed for my Novo 50W vape. So I was not happy. But the young lady that helped me was pleasant and very helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for (unlike the other stores I had been to). It was great to find a knowledgeable attendant and have a smooth comfortable experience. I left there in a wonderful mood. Forgetting all about the earlier part of my day.

This has turned into my regular shop for anything vape related. Full transparency, it's not that they have the lowest prices in town, or any kind of crazy good deals. It's all the little things that I think make the difference here. They always have a great range of products, whatever the category you're looking for. Certain sales and the rewards program are great; I earn a free bottle of juice every couple months, which is always a welcome surprise. The staff are friendly, and if they don't know something, they'll find out for you. Not to mention, open every day with some of the latest hours around! Thanks HoV2 🤙🏼

This is my favorite Vape store. The staff know their stuff. I like how clean and organized everything is. The staff for the most part know where everything is. Because of the store being organized it makes it easier for the staff to find what customers want or to find something to show the customer they might want to try. The inventory is huge. They have pretty much anything you want. My problem is I live about 45 miles away from them so unless I am in that area is the only time I can get in there. My wish is that they get a store around Layton area.
