This is the only smoke shop I go to anymore. I always wondered what the flashing lights were about, so I finally stopped in. I’ve been a loyal customer since! They have a HUGE selection of items, it’s extremely organized and clean, and the employees are laid back. The last few times I’ve been in, I’ve been helped by Mason- and he’s always patient with me, and knowledgeable in the products he sells. The store is in a very central location, customer perks/discounts, and late hours which is a huge benefit to me! I’d easily give them ten stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2 previous stores sold me this disposable just as you see in the pics.
The staff at house of vapes just earned a nod.
I thought the lady had my order wrong because she was the first shop that sold it to me in the original box. That tells me they just want to do real straightforward transactions.
That’s refreshing in an industry where it is so hit or miss.

There I was. In a rush, hurrying in for a quick disposable. I had no time to really soak this shop in, but believe me, I will be spending some time there. Gabby was so down to earth. She definitely knows the industry. Without a flinch she was able to recite the different variations in the Geek Vape Boost coils. They have reasonable prices, Huge selection, Friendly staff, and you literally can't miss it when directions are concerned.
All Around Awesome. Go check it out for yourself!!

Came in for some Delta 8 / Delta 9
Was told I had to leave even though I had a scannable picture of my ID as well as pics of front and back. Anyways my GF was kind enough to step in and buy me my product because of the issue. After asking specifically for Delta 8 / Delta 9, my GF was sold CBD. On top of being given the wrong item, it's missing like 1/4 of the product already?
For those who are curious, CBD is nothing like delta 8 or 9. No psychoactive properties. Went back in to return it upon learning she had sold her CBD and "No refunds"
Complete waste of time and money.
I don't plan on returning, and to anyone looking for any marijuana based derivative, this is NOT the place to go. They had a very small selection and of which, all their oils were either really dark/polluted, runny, or partly used.
0/10 the worst "smoke shop" I've ever been to. This review should be a 0/5 stars but that doesn't seem possible.

10/10 would recommend this smoke shop, drop your other ones. This shop is very welcoming and helpful, fast and understanding. Their employees have great attitudes and will help you with whatever they can.

They are scammers they will sell you resealed, tampered and opened nicotine products and tell you you should have tried the product before leaving the store if I could put 0 stars I would I will report them as well for opening products before selling them. this vape was opened along with three others I bought at the same time. The tip wasn’t even put back on all the way after they took out all the liquid.

This store started out great!! It is close and the employees were helpful and nice and it made me want to spend money there!! Now every time I go in I curse myself for not going somewhere else because the employees just make me want to leave by having terrible attitudes!! Not a friendly place anymore.
