I will never go back into this shop due to the 2 young men that I think worked there. They were only irritated that I was there. They cared about each other only. So since they didnt want to help me,I left. Little do they know I had over a thousand dollars to blow in a smoke shop that day. I went across the street to shop. I was in the 3rd week of May 2021. It was about 10 am. The person working was a young man with very long hair. A blondish red color of hair. He really was not interested in anything I needed. Its sad.

Love the set up of this store.. employees rock but most of all there is this one employee Skyler who is the best out there! Always smiling and singing... making your time there the best time when you come in! Love that guy

My First time in this store I was looking for glass for my vape very helpful young man was working and find one for me He also also told me there was a deal on the juice 2×$35 So I bought 2 of them I I needed 3mg. And one was 6mg so he said hold on to it and we will call when they come in ! The Manager called me and said she was trying to get it in well with this Corona virus the shipping is slow which I totally understand a lot of people don't have patience to wait so I just choose a different flavor so she didn't have to go out of a way to find it and I can always get one next time so thank you very much to the house a hookahs for my 1st experience in your store was a good one ✌

Very unsatisfied. I purchased a glass replacement for my v12 prince tank, the cashier ensured it will fit (it was labeled for the v12 prince so I'm not upset with the cashier, he was just doing his job), but when I returned home to put my tank together, I opened the container and the glass was filthy. There was film and fingerprints all over it. Quite upsetting when you expect to be the first to open it. So I washed it and as I went to assemble my tank, I come to find out it doesnt even fit! I've been a vape user for quite some time now and know that smoke shops dont do refunds. So I am very unhappy that I spent 6 dollars on something that I will never use.

Ben was very exceptional when I needed a herbal cleanse to get me back feeling good. He was knowledgeable and understanding. This is my go to place for my cigarette smoking needs. They have everything and great prices and service.

Use to love this place but as the months go by it became clear they do not put their orders in. They lie to you over and over. Well since they can't even be semi good with their orders especially after sending a dozen or more ppl for the exact product!
So go across the street to smokers connection! They are polite, organized. They have CBD cartridges for only $20. They have hemp wraps that are easier to split for 99cents (they keep stalked up or will order your stuff if you order bulk like me!) Also my cigarettes are cheaper here as well!
Done with walking in over and over to be disappointed and great pick for the new guy! Not!
I average $150 in spending a week and it's no longer going to your store. Not that you have what you advertise anyways!
