Employee was nice. But they wanted 70 dollars for a carton of pall malls. 7-11 is 10 dollars cheaper. To call yourself a smoke shop and charge more than 7-11. This place should feel ashamed. Please dont call me competition. I'm just leaving an honest review. I only thought buying cartons was cheaper but he was going to charge full price for each pack. Hope you change your ways. How ever I will come back for your glass wear.

This place is a joke, terrible customer service, they don't carry a considerable amount of products most other shops do, the young female sales associate wouldn't stop talking to even know what I had to say or what I wanted.
I was a customer and the operative word here is "WAS"...and if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Bought a variable voltage battery + charger, cost me 25$ ish (fair price), it was broken. I took it back they replaced said battery.. the next day my friend needed to buy the exact same variable battery, he went in and asked for it.. they sold him a battery minus the charger.. later finding out the battery was broken.
When my friend explained how I had warned him of this situation with the store the staff told him he was wrong and that this did NOT happen, when in all actuality we both had the same exact problem and dealt with the same intolerable kid.
Please test your products before you sell, and keep in mind your reputation is word of mouth. Don’t deny something happened, investigate and cater to your customers.
I had many great interactions here at this location but I have to tell you, this has left a pretty sour taste in my mouth in regards to your staffing.

There was something wrong with my friends coil so we went into House of Vapes to see if they’d be able to figure out the problem. Bird knew exactly what the issue was and was able to get it fixed no problem at all! I’ve always loved the store and the staff and today just reaffirmed that they really are the best!! Always good prices and the staff is friendly and helpful!

I try to avoid this shop, cause i’ve never had a great experience there. But i live up the street, so thats why i have given it a handful of chances. The last time will be the last time I go there. When i’ve gone in the staff is usually 2-3 boys, and 1 girl, and they are usually socializing amongst each other, to the point where a customer (like myself) would feel like an inconvenience coming in. Not to mention, some of the boys who work there seem very distracted by their female coworkers, and i usually feel rushed to make a decision so they can get back to flirting. I just think they are incredibly unprofessional, and could have some improvement by simply replacing the majority of the staff there with people who actually want to work, and help customers.
yes there are 1 or 2 cool employees, but overall not enough to make up for all the bad ones.
