Customer service is hit and miss here. When I bought my Aegis they were friendly and helpful. But coming back to get an atomizer they guy was not only late opening the shop but was completely unknowledgeable about the products and even told me I cant expect them to actually know about the products they sell. I'm understanding the one star reviews now. If my entire experience was based off of him I would be leaving one star and avoiding the business in the future due to my avoidance of generally unpleasant people.

I love this place man the records are always dope and the selection is killer. Prices are better than any used record store in the state and always play with no problems. Staff is super cool, really a cool place but whoever else is buying records needs to stop snagging the ones I want before I get there. lmao. Overall man this place deserves all the business it can get, not many cool used record shops left in the valley who actually sell and trade at fair prices.

Not a bad spot, I actually came here once before in the owner was extremely accommodating letting my friend and I come in the last 5 minutes that they were open to get replacement parts for a vape mod. This visit customer service was good, the gentleman behind the counter was polite and attentive and even though it seems at the store has been stifled by new regulations regarding the level of nicotine in disposable Vapes, he assured they had lots of options on the way it was extremely apologetic that we didn't have the option to choose from what I believed to be a pretty nice variety of high quality disposable Vapes. Thanks guys!

Love these guys! So helpful, and knowledgeable! Great Vape supplies, and awesome glass and miniature glass selection. 5%Disposables aren’t available as of now, but do not worry, other options are among the selection! If you need a soda whilst checking out, the cylindrical cooler by the register has you covered. Have your ID’s ready upon arrival, they need to be scanned per state legislature say to ensure no sales to minors. As with all other smoke shops, don’t be a sketchy loligagger & have a good idea on what you need before your turn comes around. The average visit to this place shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. (Get in, Get what you need, then be on your travels.) great selection of vinyl records as well! 👍
