Poor Customer Service Unwelcoming Atmosphere

Well if you just want to repeat yourself 5 times and still have them give you a half answer and just stare blankly then you have found the spot. How chill should this place be. I expected a relaxed atmosphere. Not someone who was mad they had to get up to help anyone out.
