It says it’s opened and drove over an hour. They are closed.. it kind of bothers me when establishments don’t let others know of changed hours

I cannot recommend this shop to anyone due to the horrible experience I had here. Though the employees seem nice, their policies are outrageous. I bought a vape drip tank to attach to my Provari and immediately went home to try it out. Upon realizing that it did not function (AT ALL... produced NO vapor), I went back to the shop immediately to try to get my money back. Unfortunately, even after verifying with the employee who worked there that it was not working, he said there was nothing he could do about it. I am an extremely experienced and long-time vaporizer user, so I can assure you this had nothing to do with user error. I even asked the employee to attach it to any of their batteries in the store to eliminate the possibility that my own $200 Provari was the issue. The problem was clearly the tank that they had just sold me an hour earlier. This is simply unacceptable in my book and I will never spend another penny at this shop.
