This place was nice and had a lot of variety. I bought a nice kinda pricy quartz pipe for about 40 dollars. I came straight home and put it on the counter. The next morning I grabbed it to show my friend and it broke as I grabbed it. I didn’t drop it nor was it touched since I got home. I went back to to ask if there is anything they can do and was told “no, all sales are final”. I do understand policy and I do admit this store looks very nice and their products are tempting, but I will not be returning. I’m not one to usually return anything even if I don’t like something, but this was just crazy . It was broken along the natural lines, it might of just been my luck, either way I spent a nice chunk of change to not be able to enjoy my purchase .

Been coming here for years. They have some pretty awesome stuff. From super psychedelic posters to peaceful and perplexing pipes. The staff is super kind and helpful. Always has some great incense as well. Glad they're open again.

Over priced and not very helpful ,I am actually thinking about going online and purchasing my own supplies and sell them at just little above wholesale cost,and still make money but not kill you with the dent in your pocket!!! Bought some new scales there also which wasn't working correctly took them back to the store the next day to exchange them and they refused to even honor the warranty on them ..

Both gavin and michael have been great help. They really know their stuff. I would recommend not only the store but that u also talk to these men. When I was in need of a mask. They were quick to just buy it for me. They really care. Thanks guys. I'll be back soon!!!!

The only people worth having to help you here is the ladys, they seem to know more and be a great help. But as for the rest of the people they are no help when you have an issue and wont even give you the time. And just tell you that they can do nothing to help, i even called the insurance on my vape and they told me to talk to the shop i bought it from and so i did but i didn’t get any help from talking to the gentleman there.
