This place was amazing!! Mandy (thats the name on my receipt, i hope thats her) was awesome!!! She was so very helpful! Very very informative and a great personality. We live out of town so won't come here often, i just wanted to tell you thank you for enjoying your job and for being awesome!!

I have a best friend who has suffered with crippling pain in her spine, hips and lumbar region. She can barely walk. She is on strong pain meds and she is suppose to take them every six hours. Most of the time she cannot go the full six hours as the pain becomes too much for her. She doesnt want to be doped up on meds. She recently visited Hazels Sky Smoke & Vape #3 and spoke to a young man named Chris. She explained her situation and he was so helpful and made her feel very special . She ended up purchasing CBD oil. She was very, very pleased with the results. When she ran out...she called Chris to ask if there happen to be anything stronger...and he recommended an oil with higher CBD content. She cannot drive so she sent her husband and friend to go pick it up. We were a bit skeptical as the cost seemed much lower than we had paid at other stores before we found Hazels. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed at the cleanliness of the store. As we approached the counter, we were greeted by Stephen. We said we were here to pick up an order from Chris. Chris heard us and walked over to greet us. He explained the product and gave us dosing information. I asked Stephen why this "unnamed other place" was charging more ...as i wanted to make sure we were getting a quality product. Stephen explained the difference between CBD shops and smoke shops and how pricing can often be different. As we were talking..Kiki came forward and spoke about the awesome quality of the product we were purchasing.
These three employees were impeccable. Their professionalism was stellar. Their knowledge of the products and industry absolutely exceeded all our expectations. The customer service provided by Chris, Stephen and Kiki was outstanding. We recommend this establishment without hesitation. At first, they seem like real cool people, show professionalism, and sell decent products. But a few days after my third purchase or so, I noticed that the product was defective and they wouldn't help at all. He even showed me what it was suppose to look and operate like, but wouldn't blink an eye at what he actually sold me instead. Turned into a waste of money when I normally wouldn't spend as much.
They've lost my business and any friend or family I can get the word out to.
