I only go to Hazel Sky now after I'd been to a few places for vape supplies. One place off Austin Hwy gave me the wrong coils just to make a sale saying they'd work for my device but didn't. I've had issues where I'd been sold the wrong product at Hazel Sky before as I was unsure of exactly what I needed for my new rig, and while they don't have a return policy, they did fix it for me as long as the product was unopened. I don't like the revolving door of staff though. Per my understanding each employee works multiple locations and they cycle them out. That's fair, but it makes it harder to maintain a rapport. Still 10/10 for service, always have what I need or a viable alternative.

You don't always get what you pay for...
Pretty disappointed... Been coming here for several months (about every 2 weeks) now for their disposable vapes as they have several good options and staff is usually super chill. Reason for 1 star is product based:
Recently picked up one of the disposable vapes. I always test in the store just to make sure it's working properly. Tested one & didn't work at all. Staff tried as well and nothing. Second one worked initially, however, when it came time to charge it... Nothing. Wouldn't charge, and now completely dead. Got about 500 puffs out of the 5000 it's supposed to hold 😮💨
Ok no big deal I figure, as I'll take up there the next day and show them it's defective (has happened once before and they effortlessly swapped it for me once they saw it was defective). I take it up there next day, explain the situation... Employee even tries to charge it.. still nothing. Yet, instead of swapping as they've done before I'm told "nothing they can do."
Look, I get the whole refund policy and what not... But why would I buy another product from this shop if I can't even guarantee getting defective products taken care of... When it's clear it's defective. Also, I understand IF it was many days apart as that would seem sus... But that also wasn't the case (purchased Fri evening before close, returned sun morning shortly after opening, worked all day Sat not having the option to stop by, also had to wait for it to die to notice defect).
In conclusion, won't be back. What's the point of giving you more money if your gonna rip me off when your product is defective... Out $ & a vape now 😤
