The two waiters I had were fantastic I can't remember their names but one was white and the other was Mexican with a bandana on her hair. They were the best made me and my gf super comfortable as it was her first time.

It's a very relaxing, low key place. It's not crowded which was perfect for me. Nice spot to chill in. Staff was fabulous and very friendly. They always check on you to make sure that you need for nothing, but not in an annoying way. I will definitely make this my hookah spot.

Me and my wife were only in there for twenty minutes and we spent $33.55 for warm water bottles and an ice tip we never received. My wife told the waitress about the missing pressure valve on our hookah for her to come back and give her the piece with a paper ball rolled up inside it instead of a metal ball. She told my wife people were stealing the valves and continued to tell us she gave us a hose that was bent as well. I couldn't get any smoke out of the setup and I'm quite surprised I was still expected to pay. Yes, we didn't tip her, especially after she rolled her eyes at us. We spent money on something that didn't even work. Skip Cloud 9, you're better off getting your money's worth at Shisha café or Habibi café.

This is a decent lounge and the hookah is pretty good only complaint is that the vibe and the atmosphere can be different and the music preference can be better we heard the same songs like x3 times in a row.

this was a last minute thing since we got to SA super late and we googled up the nearest hookah lounge and we ended up here. this place ended up being super fun and made up for us not being able to do anything else that night since everything was closed. Bobby was super friendly and helpful and i’m glad we ended stopping by here! we’ll be stopping by here when we go to SA every time from now on

Nice atmosphere with a good selection of hookah flavors. They do have testers of vape flavors so you can try them in shop before you buy. Been here twice, no issues so far and don't expect to see any in the future. They play chill, almost lofi music which is nice for a relaxing time. Good experience, average prices but nothing over the top. I recommend trying this place out if you're looking for a chill spot.

This place to BYOB is the best place I like the girl server she is too good but if you really Hookah smoker I can’t recommend coz they use mixed the hookah bottles to all flavors you can’t seance the real alfaker test the price 25$ not worth I still give them 2star to the place and server

Wanted to try a different hookah joint and decided to google map something close by. I lived down Dezavala and I never even heard of this place. The five star reviews brought me here with one of my friends. The whole atmosphere was really chill and the staff was just as chill. Hookah was great and they even got us in the small personal room area. Never had I been to a place this comfy before lol. Will come here plenty of times.
