Had the worst experience here. Just for reference I have been coming to this shop since it opened, loved every aspect about it. I went in on Sunday January 23rd and had the absolute displeasure of dealing with their new worker Brett. Instead of a welcoming greeting like normal, I was greeted by him saying what do you need, no hello or anything of the sorts. He had no clue what I was talking about when asking for juice or coils. While trying to show him what I needed he very rudly demanded that I show him my I.D or he would not be selling me anything. I will be taking my business back to Speakeasy where I can get some real customer service.

I love this place! It's a hella of a lot better than County line and cheaper for the same things and the people are knowledgeable about their products and nicer I only remember one time one of the clerk being kinda short with me and I haven't seen him ever since that one time keep up the fine work

I've been to this place 3 different times now and each time I've gone I've had pretty sorry customer service. The first time I went I was waiting by the CBD cabinets forever for a sales agent to come answer questions and open the cabinet. No one ever helped me, so I left. 2nd time I went to buy vape juice same thing I was waiting at the counter forever and still no one acknowledged me or helped me so I left again. The 3rd time I went I finally got the atte tion of the counter guy and he actually seemed annoyed that he had to help. He was not very knowledgable about the different vape juices, and had all the friendliness and personality of a cardboard box.

Kind until I said a certain word they wouldn't sell to me. I was buying toxin cleaner and asked how long before I could test clear for toxins and they said they wouldn't serve me. Lesson learned I suppose. Didn't say anything about drugs or a job in any way. Guess they're just extremely cautious.

Can't say enough good things about the group there. Just went to check the place out and the staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about every product I was asking about. I ended up getting a whole new set up just because of them. Definitely my new vape store of choice!
