I came there every week to buy cigarette. Good service. Best way to signup to get a point, next next next you will have discount. I just got discount 30$. Very like it this place.

The staff are excellent. Really friendly and always willing to help. One particularly helpful staff member (very sorry I didn't catch her name) spent 20 minutes cleaning broken glass out of my tank, I didn't even ask, she was just nice enough to help me.

Usually have a great experience when I come in with my bf. This was the first time I came in alone and immediately felt the difference. Usually very helpful and show us the products and even give recommendations on the flower (which is what we buy.) I didn’t get any of that. Instead was just told what we have here is what we got. Which is hard to see through the glass. Since they’re mixed with their moon rocks. I ended up leaving with one brand I like and one that is okay but then noticed the had more of the brand I do like but I was rushed to checkout with not really any time to really look and then asked for my id. (I usually expect this but it was the first time out of the many times we’ve come here). It’s just disappointing to see the difference in services. Especially when we spend 50+ every time we visit.

If I could rate zero I would. I used to love this shop and have gone there quite a bit since moving to Odessa. However, the other day an employee made my wife leave the shop as I was buying a vape because she forgot her I.D but let a toddler and her mom go into the store no problem. Disgusting

P.S. hopefully there is a change in policy or the female employee gets a further understanding of "no persons under 21 allowed", but until that time, Green Gorilla lost my business

Very friendly Staff. One employee asked if I needed help, answered all my questions and but made sure to let me know someone would check me out. I found out after he was off the clock, so he couldn't ring me up. He didn't want me to wait. The gentleman that rang me up was helpful and quick. Highly recommend.

It's insane how unprofessional most employees here are. It's to relaxed to the point where it seems like they forget they are at work. One employees complained to me about her period! Another employee walked by me and burped loudly without so much as an excuse me. I'm done going here.

Every single employee is very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. The general atmosphere of the store is really laid back in the best type of way. Will definitely continue to shop here.

I just popped in to get a vape and was super impressed. The variety of cannabis blends was what I'd expect from the higher end places in Florida. Allie helped me navigate the choices and had some great "true facts" to share (I didn't realize King Louis" was a strain until she spoke up). I hope to drop in again in my travels.

I am a veteran myself, and I love supporting other Veterans and their businesses, I've been coming to this shop for about a year, they are always pleasant and attentive, they USUALLY always have items stocked, I've never had an issue. Unfortunately the last few weeks I've noticed a change, I've been in the shop 7 different times within the last 2 weeks, and multiple items are out of stock, yet I've noticed about 12 boxes , unpacked on the floor, waiting to, what I assume would be entered into inventory. I see they are expanding the store, and so I am trying to be understanding, and patient. I still love that atmosphere, that's why they get 3 stars (I would usually give them 5). I hope whatever been going on gets resolved soon, so that I can return to my favorite vape shop on a less frequent basis. I know things can be hectic, I just hope things return to usual soon.
