We came to know the vapetastic family in December of 2018. My husband and I had never vaped before.
Over the last 9 months, my husband and I have gotten to learn the in and outs of the vaping world.
Jason (the owner#1) has explained every bit of the how to and what is and isn't the right things to use.
Jason takes time with each and every customer to assist and help. Explain and teach. You will know about everything you are purchasing before you leave the store. He makes sure no matter what customer service is the best you can get in the business.
Then you have mama (owner#2)
She brings a real since of "mom" to the shop always loving and willing and ready to help. Mama is everyone's mom.
Hunter (Jason's son) is Mr Fix it.
He can fix and build or rebuild any mods you have.
But most importantly he does it in front of you and shows you, talks to you, teaches you every step of way. So you know what he is doing.
Why he is doing it a certain way.
You can ask questions with out ferling "dumb". This family treats you like family.
Willing to assist in all your vaping needs. Vaptastic will Custom order things for you, juice or parts for your vape. I promise no where in New Braunfels Texas or surrounding area, will give you and deliver the quality of customer service you receive at vapetastic!

Such a wonderful establishment. I was passing town and decided to wait until it opened. Bery glad I did! I had a wonderful conversation with the teller and got exactly what I needed. Large selection and great prices. Even the juices that are on sale were quality juices. Hope I pass through again. I would recommend this vape store to everyone I know is going to the area.
