Good atmosphere here. Come here every two weeks or so for supplies! Guys and gals here are down to earth. They have pretty much anything your looking for. Go check it out! Great prices too.

The employees are very welcoming and very helpful. If you have any questions about any of the product they are able to answer. This would have to be my favorite smoke shop to go into because they are so friendly & cool. I just feel that it's safe to say this is the best smoke shop in the Killeen area.

Ehhh. Guy was really nice but I had no idea what I was looking at when I went in there and told him that. I got a nice vape and oil but wasnβt super impressed with this firefly 2 I got. I spent a ton of money there and I was told I could have found better products half of the price I spent. Dunno but maybe he thought I was easy target being I had no idea what these things cost or how they work. Overall ok. They had a really good selection of oils it seemed. Kinda lame on the no exchange policy tho.

Everytime I come in this store I see a new face. I've been coming here and Planet X for a good while and the owner, Rishi, would give me an incentive on the pricing because I would buy a lot of Kratom, usually every week. The problem is, the new employees always give me a hard time when I bring it up, and become disgruntled when I tell them about the deal. Now it is becoming a pain, and they can't even keep what I want in stock. I'm sick of it.

Lousy Customer Service since they fired Katherine, Her knowledge and expertise made my choices easy and always suggested new product, taking my business elsewhere and advising my coworkers to do the same. The shop only cares about Money and do not train their employees making them watch reviews instead of teaching their own product. Worst Service Ever

I came in today to purchase a new tip and coil for my vape mod. Came in with vape working perfectly fine and came out with a broken tank due to damage to the atomizer. When I called to resolve the issue, didnβt seem to know what I was talking about and after speaking to the owner, got no resolution besides trying to get more money out of me to buy a whole new tank and didnβt take any responsibility besides blaming it on a damaged tank that has worked perfectly fine and recently been replaced. No apology either! I wonβt be returning here with my business, nor my friends, which is a shame because itβs right around the corner from my job and we all vape. Good job losing customers today over a tank you refused to apologize for or replace!

Lied to me about the quality of Kratom they carry, the quality was stale at best and made me sick off of a teaspoon dose of maeng da, I usually get mines from CreateACig and it never has had me feeling like this. Would not reccomend this store for kratom at all.

I spend a lot of money here and I today bought 2 coils. 1 of which I put in my vape and it wouldn't read on my atomizer. The 2nd coil however worked. I immediately called and told them that they sold me a faulty coil and they literally told me I'm out of luck. Yes its just 7 bucks for a coil but they sold me one that didnt work and refused to replace it. I feel like thats a total sham.

While never having been at Happy Daze, I worked for the Owners at another of their outlets and several people are right, The owners only care about Money and Training is substandard at best. While some of the employees do know what they are talking about, we are pushed to make exorbitant sales and not give the customers the help and information they want. Obviously people are literal and irate and it does Management no good to berate others assuming thigs about reviewers they dont know. The management staff need to grow up themselves and take a step back to look at what they post and try to deny.
