The customer service here is incredible. I came in 15 mins before close and I was helped by the manager Alex and his staff. They are really great guys and very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed even though they were closing soon.

I would give zero stars if possible. I bought a hose for my hookah set and the hose is missing a piece. I can’t get a refund the best they could do was give me a measly 20% off my next purchase which I already got for having rewards from previous purchases. So now I have to make another purchase elsewhere for the right attachment. Also staff stalked me and the people I came with. There’s a difference between stalking your customers and being attentive. Overall I won’t be shopping here again.
