I came in to buy the new Nord by smoktech they were the only store that carried it around me. The price was reasonable and the employees hunter and chris were very helpful with the specs of the device and finding a perfect eliquid for my preference. Definitely will be coming back soon.

I walked in wanting to buy a grinder. I told him my budget was $30 dollars. He offered me a grinder for $35 dollars and said he could give me a $5 discount for a good google review. I wrote a 5 start review and upon check out I was told that the grinder that was offered initially to me was actually $45 dollars and he couldn’t give it to me for the price he gave me 3 min before wrighting the review. I was given a smaller grinder that had a price label on it of $30 dollars and wasn’t was not given the discount on it, even tho i had already written the 5 star review. I also asked to buy a $3 chillum and he forgot to ring it up with my grinder. If I wanted to get the chillum on a separate transaction I would have to spend a minimum of $5. Overall I was in dissatisfied with the customer service, especially because I was never given the discount I was promised and was asked to spend a minimum of $5 on a separate transaction when it was not my fault he forgot to ring it up together. Therefore I have changed my 5 start review to a 2 Star.
