One of my favorite places to go for quick service. However in the span of 4 months, their hardware selection never seems to refill by much. I don't believe that is enough of a reason to subtract a star from this shop. They also have a small table to sample some of their flavors. It may be worth it to them to expand on that concept.

I do not recommend this place. I purchased my first vape there this past Saturday that didnt work and when tried to exchange they would not do so and told me that I had to do a warranty claim. I can understand if it was a week, or even a month old but when I notified them the very same day and was told I could bring it in Monday that's not good business. The gentleman putting it together right in front of me even saw it. He just flipped it over had me try it once then sent me on my way.

I was never offered any replacement pod or I would have accepted. The only thing i was given were extended excuses as to why that couldn't be done. I ended our conversation accepting the outcome of your choice not to further assist in the matter. The review I made stands and was based on my experience and will not be removed.

I've been coming to Mike's since he first opened. He helped me quit smoking. Been a little over 5 years since I've wanted a cigarette or had the itch for one. Absolutely love all the flavors of vape he offers, I myself enjoy the cereal and fruit flavors the most. His entire staff is very polite and knowledgeable on all their products. I've recommended him to many of my friends whom also want to quit smoking. I would also recommend him to you..if you're reading this.

Very awesome and helpful when it came to fixing my Vape and helping me decide on a flavor! Mike was amazing at explaining what happened to my Vape, he also was quick at making sure to figure out what happened the moment I got there. The employees are great and friendly as can be, definitely going to be going back to this location.

Not a good place for a beginner vaper!!! Went in a few days ago to get a tank for an ego vape pen. He only had one left and I was informed he wont carry them anymore. I was also told that they will no longer carry smaller ejuice. I dont want to pay $60 for something I may not want long term. It use to be a great place too.

I didn't get her name but she has pink hair and an ice cream necklace. She was so super helpful and really nice 🙂 I complimented their lil Cracken Amigurumis and she gave me one because he matched my Octopus mask 😗 definitely liked the energy there. Will be going back for sure!

This is THE place for my vape supplies. I work in Boerne, and live in Kerrville, so I could really get the things I need in Kerrville after I drive home from work. However, Angel and Rusty are so very knowledgeable on their product line, and they help me make the right decision, that I’d rather go to them on my lunch hour. They are the only place that carries my favorite nic-salt favor. Mike’s Vape Shop rocks!

Went in for some juice and some answers about my tank. Got both in a polite and knowledgeable conversation! Nice little spot. Staff was great. Mike's is gonna be my new go to.

My wife vapes & this was the first store she went to when crossing over from cigarettes to vaping. Mike the owner was amazing. He was really cool, patent & accommodating. Always with a smile. As time would have it, she fell back to cigarettes. Now she wants to go back to vaping. Returning back to the store, Mike’s not there however, 2 employees who could really not help. One that stands out is a young lady who steadily stayed vaping the entire time like a chain smoker. Everything my wife asked for was answered with the same answer, “No we don’t have that, we lost the vendors phone number & can’t order anymore.” That was the popular response from the young lady for everything, in between her chain vaping which kept the shop filled with smoke/vape/steam/whatever. Very unprofessional, disorganized & amateur. I even had to ask if Mike still was the owner. My wife was also going to pick up supplies for her friend who vapes. Of course they had nothing the friend needed either because they lost the vendors phone number & can’t reorder. We left with nothing & I have never been more disappointed in my life with how a business can fall so low so quick. I hope Mike can get his store back to the bar of standards he had it in because I really like him. Also with my wife getting ready to open a high end barbershop in Boerne that would be an excellent source of referrals. So I hoping Mike can hear me. We ended up going to another store for what my wife & her friend needed.The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because Mike is still the owner & I know he doesn’t really know the sloppy unprofessional service his employees are giving to the public.
Also, my wife couldn’t decide on a flavor because the few she asked for were not there. I noticed they didn’t have a sample taste test table they once had & when asked, was told that’s no longer is an option. Fair enough with the ever changing regulations. However when my wife pointed out items on a shelf behind the counter, she was told those are for the sample tasting. I was floored & told my wife let’s go. If she’s not allowed to partake in tasting another flavor because the one she normally gets isn’t there, how does she know she’s going to like what she picks if never tasted it before & she obviously doesn’t meet some qualifications to be invited to try another flavor. Very disappointed & insulted to say the least. Mike needs to get his store back in his hands quick.

Been doing business with Mike for going on three years. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly and anxious to please. Excellent selection of pipes, coils, juices. The best in the Hill Country by far. Go see Mike.
