The shop has plenty of items to choose I was just recently informed their loyalty card is only good for certain items. I don't use them so it is of no value. Really not loyalty reward as much as, trying to get you to buy more expensive product. I have been a customer for a year and this was one change of many. Al new employees and I miss the past employees. They made you feel welcome and appreciated.

My mother who isn’t a huge “vaper” went in seeking advice on an alternative to Esco Bars. She asked about a knock off brand called Pablo Bars and was laughed at by employees, making her feel stupid. They acted like she was wrong even tho she knew what she was talking about. Female worker was obviously stoned, but that’s a whole different story we don’t get into. 2 stars to be generous.

I've had no issues with Mike himself or some of the older employees. They are always polite. The newer younger employees are embarrassing disrespectful. I wish there were categories I can rate. Mike and his store as a whole deserve 5 stars. But Mike, brother, you need to cull some of your employees for their attitude. I want to rate 5 stars bc i don't want to bring your average down. So I met in the middle. 1 star on the 3 young particular employees. I wish you the best of luck man! As a business owner I can empathize the delicate balance of keeping good workers who have genuinely respectful attitudes when the supervisor isn't watching.

It feels like home when I walk in to Mike's. The only bad thing in general is I'm only able to rate 5 stars. Many more 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 are needed to accurately represent Mike's store! The employees are the same each visit so that tells me Mike is doing something right. The guys & gal are always helpful & they put up with me! Thanks! It feels like I have known them forever. Great bunch!!!
I'm treated like a 🥇VIP🏅each and every trip. The vape juice I use is almost always in stock. When it's not they bend over backwards to make sure I'm happy! I've met Mike & he is one of the good guys. I will continue to go there. I live far out in the sticks on a ranch so it's nice Mike has what I need when I go to there. I had trouble finding the right vape juice for years. I walk into Mike's & told them what my favorite juice was like & soon after walked out with my new favorite, Crunchy Sweat Squares.
I used Rocket Fuel for the first four years & I never thought I could find a better flavor.
Sorry Rocket Fuel, I do not need you anymore, Mike's Vape Shop is in the house!

Been going to mikes about two years now great friendly staff and great line of products. Yeah he is a tad pricey but the knowledge from employees about every product makes up for that. Mike also offers discounts to first responders which is awesome! Keep up the great work guys!!
