My friend Shelby and I decided to randomly walk into Mr. Smoke after eating at Thundercloud right next door. I was skeptical because I had just left Planet K, where they sold me a product as a full body "detox" that was really just a mask that interfered with medication I am currently taking and would not refund me or give me store credit. When we walked into Mr. Smoke, we were immediately greeted by a charming and handsome man by the name of David. We told him we didn't intend on buying anything and were just checking the shop out. He was super laid back about it and made conversation with us. We were so pleased with their products, prices, and customer service that both Shelby and I walked out of there with purchases. The shop and the staff were amazing and I now have a go to smoke shop. If you're looking for quality products at very reasonable prices/helpful and respectful staff look no further. They are your new neighborhood smoke shop.

Best little shop I've ever been to.
Monty and Ben were really kind, helpful, and gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision. Easiest, most laid back experience I've ever had in a shop that size. It's not the biggest place, and the glass only takes up one half of it, or less, but it's perfect if you're looking to spend $20 - $200 for a great piece at a great price or $200 - $400 for a fantastic piece at a very honest, fair price. I'm sure they've got some more expensive stuff, but everything I had my eye on fell in a very reasonable price range for the quality.
I don't vape, and didn't really look, but their vape/juice selection seemed to be a pretty good size.
Super chill, I'll definitely be back.

Great pieces for great prices, have everything you’re looking for. Definitely have the best prices compared to the other head shops around it and customer service was awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable about all the pieces and make sure to ask for CJ at the front. He knows about all the pieces and is great! Overall best smoke shop in Austin

Skip this place and buy online. I’ve supported these guys since they opened. Bought a vape the other day that was a lemon (paid 40% more than online to support local) and broke after 6 days of light use.
Brought it back to see if they’d exchanged for a new one (same model) and was informed I was out of luck.
The staff is cool, but ownership is clueless. Lost a loyal customer over a product that probably costs the shop $10-$15 in bulk. Won’t spend another dollar here.

Best head shop in Austin! Owner is cool and nice, prices are better than Oat Willies or Planet K nearby. Awesome glass. Non-pretentious atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone with smoking needs!
