Have popped into the head shop a couple of times now after going to an event at Central Cinema, very knowledgeable staff! Excited to find another shop in town that sells my preference, HHC, but if you're looking for some other legal goodies, they probably have it too.
They are connected to a (not yet opened) pirate bar, and I seriously cannot wait for it to open. Knoxville has desperately needed more kitschy and unique bars and this is going to help fill that hole. I've gotten to peep inside and you can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into the decor. Their prices for the smoke shop are decent, so I assume their bar prices will be as well.
