Cannot exchange unopened items...literally walked out of the store realized he gave me juice not compatible for my device and called right away to ask if I could exchange for correct juice and they refused. Due to covid...yet it was OK to not wear a mask and touch and smell incense and put it back? Cost me 30$ I could not afford to lose :(

Good selection of mods and juice compared to other stores in rapid. Prices are better than competitors that are near by, but if your willing to wait, buying online is cheaper. If you need a new coil or mod right away and can't wait, I'd say go here first.

Broke my drip tip on my mod while out of state and went on a whim walked in, and took a 30 sec look around and couldn't tell if I walked into a cape shop or a run down head shop.. display cases we looking empty and shelves on the wall looked like they where last minute... not normal to put shops down but was not impressed

Nice shop and friendly people. However I bought a smoke x-force and they don't support it with the same coils that's in the box (1.2 & .6) they only carry a .3. I feel if you sell a mod you should support it. Now unfortunately I will have to shop somewhere else for coils which means I probably won't be back for a while.

It was great! Super friendly staff. Had everything I needed for my mod. Found a new favorite juice (I recommend the house blend Fairy Floss). Great shop! I highly recommend if you're in the area.

The one person that was willing to talk to us. She was nice and very knowledgeable about the products that they sold. The other 3 that were there, was all hiding in the back staring at us the entire 30 minutes we were there.

This is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to and I have been to many.
Their juices are awesome. The owner, Jesse is so helpful. I live in Washington State but I order my juices, coils and mods from them and they ship to me within 3 days. GREAT VAPE SHOP.

Purchased an ooze slim pen from 510 vape shop in rapid city that did not work. I tried to return it or even exchange it for a working one and they wouldn’t take it back. If buying a pen from them, verify it works prior to leaving.
