Smoke Crave

Worst spot I've went to for a smoke shop out here. I was told there was endless selections for nectar collectors and I had to choose from four different ones, I was also told no one who uses them only use butane which makes no sense. I don't understand this store or the manager or boss, I don't recommend here, not open minded and not open to other people's opinions.

They will not give prices on the phone. They have a no returns policy. Only 1 or 2 of the employees seem to be familiar with the products. The prices are higher than at other vape shops. They do not sell sample size bottles, (15 ml). The smallest they have are 60 mL which is expensive just to try a flavor. This is my least favorite vape shop in town. I only use it if my goods in the mail are taking to long to arrive and all the other stores are closed. That's one good thing about this place...it's open late.

Overall a good place to get your vape supplies. Prices are actually pretty good. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is a few times I went by to get juice during business hours and it was closed. This was pre-virus. Fix this and your good to go.

This is most definitely the best vap shop in the CSRA!! The prices, selection and exceptional customer service is outstanding! The young gentleman was patient, knowledgeable, respectful and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. He reassured me to take my time in making my selection and said don't worry this is "your store." That is very rare these days ☺

The owner of the business contacted me and let me know that they would be sure to do what they could to serve me the products I want in a timely manner. I'll admit that sometimes a business can just make a mistake. It means everything that a business has the integrity to own up to a mistake and do what they can to make it right. I've continued shopping at smoke crave since the owner reached out to me and asked me to come into the store to make it right and gave me the biggest bottle of my favorite juice as an apology.

I have given this store a ton chances mainly because the location is convenient. The last six or seven visits, they’ve been out of the juices that I need and I keep having to buy something I haven't tried before and, so far, each flavor has not been good and I have had to suffer through it or burn my money. I will not be back. I told the manager and many staff members that there are only 2 juices I enjoy and that I'd buy them regularly if they just kept it in stock, but no, something that simple that would guarantee them a regular customer was too much to ask.

I almost went 2 stars, because the gentleman working the shop did a good job at trying to redeem the store, but I am still bothered by the hostile behavior by the woman who answered the phone when I call the store initially (found out it was the "manager"). If you dont want to offer information or drive sales dont work in this field. World is getting tired of Karens.

Knowledgeable staff that could listen, knew the products, friendly, and patient, with great customer service. I'm glad I paid them a visit.

Was not impressed. The pre loaded vape pens tasted like stale cardboard. They were obviously expired and were in poor working condition compared to the one I ordered online from a major retail site. The guy who was working there was pretty awkward and kind of short with me and my questions. I'll go elsewhere in Aiken for vape products.
